We offer a cue tip replacement service. You can just leave your shaft at your XPool affiliated pub and it will be returned in 1-2 days with the new tip installed.

• Ferrules

Ivorine IV ferrules Good medium level polymer resembling Ivory look and performance.		USD 18 installed

• Cue Maintenence

Services offered:

Cleaning: For normal worn shafts: USD 15

Sanding, Polishing, Sealing: For heavy worn shafts: USD 35

Straightening of warped shafts: USD 25
Please note, straightening a warped shaft is not a perfect science. What is reasonably possible to do is to reduce the shaft’s roll-out to a level not influencing the playing action.
With this we mean that according to the original level of deformation of the shaft, when returned it may still have a minimum roll-out but within the limit of no-influence on the game. Or it may be perfectly straight, but a total aesthetical guarantee is not possible.
We reserve the right to analyze the shaft’s condition first and confirm if a straightening process is possible.

Shaft customization
We can re-taper your shaft according to your specification. I.e. if you have a shaft diameter 13mm we can taper it to 12.75 or 12.5 on request, or if your shaft has not a pro-taper we can work one on it according to your specifications. Price of the service can vary from USD 20 to USD 35 according to the specific work to be done. Let us see the shaft, tell us your desired target and we will give you a quotation.

Complete Cue refurbishing
If you have a high value cue (or a cue that is somehow of high value to you for your own reason) in worn condition we can refurbish it to any level. The cost of this service is completely related to the cue’s original condition and the refurbishing target. Let us see the subject, tell us what you are expecting and we will give you a quotation.

• Customized replacement shafts

As explained in the Cue Tutorial, you don’t need to buy a complete high performing cue to enjoy the benefits of their specialty shafts. We can provide you with the best performing shafts on the market customized to fit your cue with regard to joint type, joint diameter and shaft collar design.
The result is a totally flush fitting shaft for your own cue. This is something you can not find even in commercial customized shafts coming with your joint type from the manufacturer, as they come in standard collar diameters (diameter often slightly different from the existing one of your cue) and limited collar design options, which will not match the one of your cue. We can also taper the shaft to your desired diameter from the original diameter down to 12 mm.
